At Ex Catalogue UK, we aim to make delivery as simple, convenient and reliable as possible. Delivery arrangements vary depending on the size and type of products ordered.

Home Accessories & Small Items

All home accessories and smaller items are dispatched within 72 hours of your order being processed.

Orders are delivered using trusted courier services, which may include Royal Mail, DPD and other reputable delivery partners, depending on the size and nature of your order.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Please note that dispatch within 72 hours refers to the time taken for your order to leave our warehouse and does not necessarily represent the delivery timeframe.

Large Furniture, Sofas, Armchairs, Beds & Mattresses

Due to the size and specialist handling requirements of larger products, these items are delivered using a scheduled delivery service.

Large furniture, including:

Sofas and armchairs
Beds and mattresses
Dining furniture
Bedroom furniture
Living room furniture
Other large or bulky furniture

will typically be delivered within 10 working days.

Once your order is ready for delivery, our delivery team will arrange a specific delivery date and time slot with you. You will receive confirmation of your scheduled delivery via email.

On the day of delivery, our delivery team will also call you approximately 30 minutes before they arrive, giving you notice that your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

While we aim to meet the delivery timeframes stated above, delivery times can occasionally vary due to courier availability, delivery schedules, adverse weather, unforeseen circumstances or other factors outside of our control.

For large furniture deliveries, the scheduled delivery date and time slot provided by our team will be the most accurate indication of when your order will arrive.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

For smaller items, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

For larger items, you will receive delivery arrangements and your scheduled delivery information by email, with a courtesy telephone call from the delivery team approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

Please ensure that the contact details and email address provided when placing your order are accurate so that we can contact you regarding your delivery.
