Every item is supplied in its original manufacturer’s packaging and is checked to ensure it is damage-free and in excellent condition before being dispatched to you.

For additional peace of mind, our products also come with the manufacturer’s warranty, giving you the same reassurance you would expect when purchasing a brand-new product.

We are committed to supplying genuine, brand-new products at exceptional prices, so you can shop with confidence knowing that your purchase has never been used, opened or previously owned.

What is our delivery process and cost?

At Ex Catalogue UK, we offer delivery across the entire United Kingdom and all of Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands. Our delivery service is designed to make receiving your order as simple and convenient as possible, whether you are purchasing a small home accessory or a large piece of furniture.

Once your order has been received and payment has been successfully completed, our Accounts Team will process your order and pass it directly to our Warehouse and Home Delivery Team for fulfilment.

Depending on the size and type of your order, your delivery will then be arranged through one of our third-party courier partners or our dedicated two-man home delivery service.

Small items & home accessories

Our home accessories, small furniture items, lighting products and small home electronics are delivered using trusted third-party courier services, which may include DPD, Evri, Royal Mail or FedEx.

These items are normally dispatched within 48 working hours of receiving payment. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive confirmation of dispatch along with all relevant tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery.

We aim to deliver these products within 7 working days.

Sofas, armchairs & larger furniture

Our sofas, armchairs, beds, mattresses and larger furniture items are delivered using either our own dedicated two-man home delivery teams or a trusted third-party two-man delivery service.

For these larger items, our Transport Team will contact you by email within 48 hours of receiving payment with a selection of available delivery dates and time slots.

Simply reply to our email with your preferred date and time slot, and we will arrange your delivery and send you a delivery confirmation.

Our two-man delivery service provides a convenient room-of-choice service, meaning your item can be delivered to the room and floor of your choice, subject to reasonable access.

Sofas and armchairs also include assembly in the room of your choice as part of our delivery service.

Please note that beds, mattresses and other large furniture items are delivered to the room and floor of your choice, but assembly or fitting is not included unless specifically stated on the individual product listing.

Large televisions & home appliances

Large home electronics, including televisions, and large home appliances, including fridge freezers and washing machines, are delivered using either our own two-man home delivery teams or a trusted third-party two-man delivery service.

These items are delivered to the room of your choice, subject to reasonable access.

Please note that installation, fitting, plumbing, electrical connection or assembly is not included with our standard delivery service for home appliances or electronics.

Sofas & armchairs: 3-year manufacturer’s warranty

For our home electronics and home appliances, you also have the option to purchase an additional 3-year fully comprehensive warranty and protection plan for just £12.99. This extends your protection for a further three years beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty, providing even greater peace of mind.

All warranties are subject to the individual manufacturer's terms, conditions and exclusions. We recommend retaining your order confirmation and proof of purchase should you need to make a warranty claim.

Large items: We will arrange collection of the item from your delivery address.

Once the item has been received back and inspected by our team, we will process your refund where the return meets the requirements of our returns policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved for a refund, we will process the payment back to your original payment method.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or building society's processing times.

What happens if I paid using Klarna?

If you paid for your order using Klarna Finance, any approved refund will be processed through Klarna.

Following confirmation of the refund, Klarna may take up to 14 days to cancel or update your credit agreement, depending on their processing times.
